When and where will the conference be held?

The TonsBridge Model United Nations 2026 will take place on 24th to 26th July 2026 at the TonsBridge School, Dehradun.

Yes, we are now accepting individual registrations!

How does one register for The TonsBridge MUN 2026?

To register, we first require confirmation through our registration form Click Here.

Registrations are now open and will close on 15 July 2026.

What is the registration fee?

Delegation Fee: ₹3000

Please note that the delegation fee for outstation delegates of ₹3000 excludes travel and accommodation expenses, which are to be borne by the participant.

However, our school would be happy to assist with:

  • Offering travel and accommodation advice
Are there any fee waivers?

There are currently no provisions for fee waivers. However, if a school is facing exceptional circumstances, please reach out to the

Why should one attend The TonsBridge MUN?

The TonsBridge MUN is not just a conference – it’s a platform for growth, diplomacy, and leadership. With ten committees, experienced Executive Boards, and a high standard of debate, it’s the ideal setting for young changemakers to shine.

Is there an option to attend The TonsBridge MUN virtually?

No. The TonsBridge MUN is an offline event. All sessions will be conducted in person at The TonsBridge Day & Residential School, Dehradun.

Are exceptions made to the grade requirement?

Being a high school MUN, The TonsBridge MUN accepts delegates only from Grades 7th to 12th. We do not allow exceptions to this eligibility requirement.

What happens in case of a medical emergency during the conference?

In case of a medical emergency: The school’s wellness centre will offer immediate assistance. If the situation is contagious, the delegate will not be allowed to attend committee sessions. For external consultation, the cost must be borne by the delegate.

What is the eligibility for awards?

Delegates will be ineligible for certificates or awards if:

  • They miss more than one committee session, or
  • They violate conference policy.

Each committee will confer:

  • Best Delegate
  • High Commendation
  • Honourable Mention
  • Special Verbal Mentions (at the discretion of the EB)
Will delegates have internet access?

Yes, Wi-Fi will be provided. However:

  • Internet use is strictly restricted during committee sessions.
  • Delegates may only use the internet in unmoderated caucuses or after sessions, as permitted by the Chairperson.
What is the dress code?

Delegates are required to wear Western formal or their country’s national attire based on the following schedule:

Day 3: Western Formals

Will accommodation and transport be provided to outstation schools?

Yes. Supervised accommodation and transport will be available to outstation schools at an additional cost. For more information contact MUN Coordinators.

What is the position paper deadline?

The deadline for submitting all position papers is 24th July 2026. Requests for extensions must be made in writing to the respective Chairperson, with valid justification. Extensions will be granted at the discretion of the Executive Board or Secretary-General.

Gargi Saraswat, a Grade 12 student pursuing Physics, Chemistry, Biology with Psychology at The TonsBridge School, is honoured to serve as the Secretary-General of TTBSMUN 2026. Alongside being the Head Girl of the school, she has consistently demonstrated leadership, dedication, and a strong commitment towards academic and extracurricular excellence.

With extensive experience in Model United Nations conferences as both a delegate and a member of the Secretariat, Gargi has participated in committees such as the UNSC, UNGA, and UNHRC, earning accolades including High Commendations and Verbal Mentions. She has also received specilized Executive Board training by World View organization. Her experience as Vice President in the Secretariat at TonsMUN last year further strengthened her understanding of conference management, diplomacy, and delegate engagement.

Beyond MUNs, Gargi has actively represented the school in debates, youth conferences, anchoring events, dance, theatre, psychology conferences, science exhibitions, and national-level literary competitions. Her experience as the Ignis House Vice Captain last year taught her the importance of teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and collaborative leadership, contributing significantly towards her house winning the Hansraj Trophy. Her involvement across diverse fields has helped her develop strong communication skills, confidence, adaptability, and the ability to lead efficiently under pressure.

As Secretary-General, Gargi envisions TTBSMUN 2026 as a platform that promotes meaningful debate, diplomacy, collaboration, and intellectual growth. A Grade 12 student pursuing a specialized curriculum in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, Avika Chandra brings a methodical and analytical rigor to the TTBS MUN 2026 Secretariat. Her academic background in the sciences provides a unique lens through which she evaluates international affairs, prioritizing objective problem-solving and evidence-based discourse over mere rhetoric.

She is tasked with the comprehensive management of delegate affairs, committee allocations and the internal logistical framework. A dedicated and driven individual, Riddhima Pandey, serving as Deputy Secretary-General, exemplifies commitment, versatility, and a strong sense of purpose. An active and award-winning participant in Model United Nations, she has consistently demonstrated excellence in diplomacy, critical thinking, and public speaking, establishing herself as a confident and articulate voice in committee. Her involvement in dance and sports further reflects her discipline, creativity, and resilience, highlighting her ability to perform under pressure while maintaining balance across pursuits. Having been an integral part of the Student Council for the past two years, she has developed a keen sense of responsibility, leadership, and collaboration. A grade 12 student pursuing a unique blend of History, Political Science, Economics and Maths,she combines analytical thinking with creativity and leadership.
Having received multiple awards across various Model United Nations conferences, she has consistently demonstrated strong research, diplomacy, and public speaking skills. With a keen interest in global affairs, and organization, she aims to ensure smooth pre-conference operations,flawless resgistrations and effective communication throughout the conference.
One of the top ranking students in academics,she has also represented her school in various inter school events.A recipient of awards for academic excellence and multiple SOF Olympiad medals, she balances innovation with responsibility.

A Grade 11 student pursuing Commerce with Artificial Intelligence and Psychology, Milee brings a multidimensional perspective to the conference, balancing analytical thinking with creativity and human understanding. Palak Jain is a Grade 12 Humanities student who enjoys exploring ideas, interacting with people, and learning through new experiences. She believes in constantly evolving rather than limiting oneself to a fixed definition. By connecting different perspectives and approaches, she aims to create solutions that are both practical and meaningful in dynamic environments.
Through her participation in committees like the UNSC, AIPPM, Historical Committees, and Photojournalism, she has gained experience in diplomacy, research and teamwork. These experiences have broadened her perspective and strengthened her ability to navigate diverse and fast-paced environments.
As the Under Secretary-General for Venue Management, she is responsible for handling venue coordination and ensuring the smooth functioning of the conference. Her ability to bring different elements together and adapt to changing situations makes her well-suited for the role.

I am Samarth Chawla, a Grade 12 student pursuing Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at The TonsBridge School, and it is my privilege to serve as the Under-Secretary-General of Volunteering for this edition of the conference.
As an active participant in sports, leadership initiatives, and school events, I have always believed in the values of discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. Serving as the Cricket Captain in the school’s Prefectorial Body has taught me that success is never the result of individual effort alone; it is achieved when every member of a team is empowered to contribute towards a common goal.
As USG of Volunteering, I have the responsibility of leading, organizing, and managing our dedicated team of volunteers who form the operational backbone of this conference. From overseeing registrations and assisting committee proceedings to coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless hospitality, our volunteers play an integral role in shaping every delegate’s experience.
